Great Service

After writing a report on this site displaying my frustrations during all of my dealings with ABI, I was then contacted by a very professional and friendly lady named Nombuso. Nombuso referred me to a gentleman named Mobeen who then proceded to assisting me in every way possible in order to resolve the queries which I had. He was very professional and tracked my back order, made sure it was delivered, and assisted me in obtaining an ABI fridge. Another gentleman by the name of Bheki then assisted me in signing for and delivering the fridge. All of this was done very quickly and promptly. Well done to all 3 of the ABI staff involved. Great service. I hope all of my future dealings with the company are this positive.
