G****tiser - unidentified object found

We are generally very satisfied and loyal customer to the Coke brand and G****tiser as it is one of my favourite drinks. However on Saturday we opened a can of G****tiser and was extremely grossed out by its contents. The can contained something resembling a cotton wool pad or something like that. After throwing up, I was sick the whole weekend with a fever and a runny tummy. I managed to pull myself together and take pictures, which you'll find attached. Up to now we cannot get that feeling out of my throat. This experience has been quite a terrible ordeal and I would like to hear from you as soon as possible regarding this matter.

After making a call to Customer Service yesterday with T Mkhabela I was given a Complaint ( ********** 9) and a person (Musa) came today to pick up the Sample of which he did not even wanted to take, he only took the can with the unidentified object. The juice had foam floating on the top. It also looked like there was sample of hair in the can. This is unacceptable and did not expect such a poor service from such a big company . I would like to get a detailed report as to what was in the can. Also very disappointed that they only took the sample and the rest of my stock was left. It was replaced with another 6 pack of G****tiser which I refuse to drink at all. I have pictures which can be emailed as proof.
