Extremely POOR service

Placed order on Monday 1 June at Witbank branch as I have been doing the last three weeks for delivery Tuesday 2/6 as it happened for the last 3 weeks.Followed up on Thursday 4/6 - sales told me it was scheduled for delivery Thursday 4/6. Thursday evening still no delivery. Followed up Friday 5/6 @ 07h55 just to hear that there was no order on the system ??? So how could they tell me on Thursday that it would be delivered if there was nothing on the system - someone is sleeping at work !!!!
