extremely bad service

we bought sprite 2litres and after few days the drink started going down as if someone is drinking it and the plastic bottle started to swell as well. we were scared to consume it because we didn't know what was happening.

We reported the matter to Coca cola and they sent their representative to come and collect the 2litres so that they can test them.

We never head from them since then.
