Expired Tonic water still not collected

I laid a complaint with Coca Cola on the 15/03/2016 regarding expired tonic water I was contacted to say that it will be collected from me however no one has come out to collect and refund/replace them for me I have emailed even emailed G A D E Y M E L E T S E on the 29/03/2016 and no response typical
