entry won, but timed out

I entered the coca cola happiness competition. My response was congratulations, you are a winner to share a happiness experience. Then the request was 1 for size and the option would not accept. I was timed out.<br> In trying to repeat the process, it said my number had been used or was invalid.<br> This is NOT fair!<br> Please assist as I went onto the competition rules and found none for this competition. I still have my valid code.<br>
