Empty Can of Coke
Purchased Cans from Pick n Pay Ballito it was a 6 Pack When I unpacked the cans found a sealed can but no contents I referred the matter to Coca Cola customer care, was ask to send them a fee details which I did on 11 Jan 2018. The agent was Nathan, to date I received no response from him whatsoever Absolutely bad and pathetic service

30 Jan 2019, 06:29Coca Cola you are absolutely pathetic in how u handle complains. You employee Musa collected the empty can and left only the can I should’ve had and an extra one. This is together with your “eagerness” to resolve complaints a slap in the consumers face
