Disgusted by Coca Cola

<p>I recently found a 440ml can of sprite empty and logged a call. The consultant told me that they will give me a free 24 pack for the inconvinience. After about 7 days I called again because no one called me to collect the can. I made arrangements to drop the can at olifantsfontein plant. When I got there there was no one to receive the can and the person I had the appointment with did not even call to find out where I am.</p> <p>I called the call centre again and they sent someone to collect the can. There was no apology he just collected the can and gave me 3 340ml cans. When I asked him he said there is no such thing. I am very dissappointed at the arrogance of coke. My reference number is ***6.</p>
