disappointed customer

Hello<br> My name is Itumeleng from bronkhorstspruit Ekangala. Well I bought a 1.25litre Lemon twist about a month ago, am a regular lemon twist buyer at our local store, and so I went home and then before I could open it, inside was what seemed to look like a piece of cigarette burn, I went to ask neighbours if maybe it could just look like something, but they said it looked like a burned paper, but still. I didn't open the bottle, I took it back and the indians who sell it, told me to keep it and call the customer care line, I did so for weeks with no reply, they put me onhold and I waited for long,I don't know how much airtime I spent. And worse they didn't even get back to me. And then I decided to email them. I did so they re**** back asking details of the product and the nature of my complaint. I gave them all that they asked of me and I waited a week still no reply. Am fuming am very upset and am running out of options.
