Delivery Truck Accident

My car was hit at the back by a negligent Coca cola Truck driver on Goldern Highway and N1 south, devland. i have logged a complain for repair but the contact centre kept saying their logistics department will call me in 48 hours. the time has passed and no call at all.

what kind of company is this that doesn't take full responsibility. I need my car repaired at the back. now its raining and rain seems to be entering in my car an will damage the interior.

i have been waiting for their call. its been over 3 days already.
