Delivery of beverages

We are customers of Abi for many years. Recently we have a huge problem. Most of the time they do not have the stock that we order and we receive one third of our order. The last 4 weeks we do not get a delivery at all. We are totally out of stock and nobody seems to care. Everybody we speak to ( Sipatle/Tebogo/ Melita ) promise us delivery ( we even have a reference number *** ) but we receive nothing. When we want to speak to management, we are refused. Bad attitude is also a problem. Tebogo promised to let his superiour ( Lea ) call me back, but nothing. How does Coca Cola expect their products to be sold with such bad service from their depots? IS THERE ANYBODY AT COCA COLA OR ABI THAT CARES ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO CAN HELP ME? Paul ( Ascot Pharmacy )
