Damaged Goods Still Not Uplifted since April 2017

Persistently as I will continue publishing on this matter, since the takeovers from the independent ABI to Coca Cola Beverage Africa, the after service of damaged and default stock from CCBSA is pathetic in lieu of saving every penny for an extra profit to show the Board Members. Therefore, the latest in my fight of CCBSA's return policy to my store Sabers Wholesalers is that Iron Brew Cans has been popping even in a standing state and when negotiated with Nombilo from Quality Control, who took samples and for 3 months no feedback achieved. Also, the Cans are altered in recent times & made with fragile materials, resulting in a lot of leaking cans & when discussed with my Rep, Doctor Nkosi and my Channel Manager, Marile Brand, I get answers of staff and customer handling, so I asked without receiving an answer that at what Newton Force should be exerted before damage is achieved. I get no answer, neither has Quality Control proved it with a Force Meter. Then, there are so many 1.25L Bottles that come from factory flat without CO2 gas which the company is aware of but no measurements of preventing it in trade along with foreign objects floating in the bottles along with 300ml Glass Bottles. Often, you find lids not tightly sealed and many other customer serious complaints, which we absorb in CCBSA's defence; however, they only allowing 72 units to be uplifted for over ten thousand units purchased. The equation makes no sense & since we in agreement of a Hawker Distribution Contract of which Marile refuses us to view let alone sign, a Wholesale Contract Agreement based on this issue for probably selfish reasons. I have also written reports on Hello Peter but with little response from CCBSA Head Office and Werner Havenga, the district GM had endless meetings since April 2017 with no resolution and leaving products to expire, then they won't definitely uplift.
