Damaged Cupboard 2.0 Exploded Coke 2.25l no sugar Coke bottle

On the 25th Jan 2023 at 12.45am a bottle of Coke no sugar 2.25 litre I purchased that weekend had exploded in my Cooldrink cabinet, causing a huge mess not to mention damage to my cupboard (which was fixed not too long ago as a result of a leaky Coca Cola beverage previously reported to the company ). What in heavens is happening with your bottles Coca Cola????

I was exhausted from cleaning up the mess and all that hour in the night. Come on guys this is not on and if your bottles were faulty once I would understand but for an explosion to occur that's crazy. The bottle was still sealed and had popped open from the bottom.

I had emailed Coca Cola on the same night to report this incident(ref number-***4). Within the next few days I received a phone call that a representative was going to fetch the bottle for investigation. On the 2nd Feb 2023 a representative(Thembelihle) had fetched the bottle and gave me 3 replacement bottles. Thank you very much Coca Cola but what are you going to do about my re-damaged cupboard. I had sent that representative a whatsapp with the photos of the cupboard on that same day she picked up the bottle and sent her a follow up on 13th February 2023,to which I have received no reply. To date I have received no further feedback from Coca Cola.
