Customer service not responding

I write a review to the customer department They send me a mail asked for details,etc but never heard of them yet. I also send them the pics, my brother know I am a cocoholich so he bought us a nice could 1 as mine was in the cupboard all at room temperature. We drank and notice I strange thing in the bottle ( I still have the bottle ) But we already drank each 1 a large glass full.
