Consumers / End User I not Important to Coke

I sent Coke an email on the 9th of September after a phone call was very unsuccessful I had no response from them and yesterday 7 October 2019 I made another call to them to ask a few questions. 1) Why can I not find Original Coke in 2lt in the shop? Response: 2lt packaging in full sugar has been discontinued. 2) When was the notices sent out to the public and when was this decided. response: Notice was not given to the public as this was a business decision and reps were informed. After asking 3 or 4 times why there was the news not made public , and response to that was '' I can not give you an answer on that mam'' i gave u that question. 3) Why do you believe that Artificial Sugars are better than Sugar? What are the health benefits of the sugar replacements? Response: I can not say that is not my dept you would have to contact from our Bio Dept. 4) Could you give me the contact number please Response; There is no public number to call. 5) Do you drink Less Sugar Coke Response: No mam I do not. 6) Could I speak to your manager/ team leader please Response :Hold on please.......... Sorry mam he is not in today.....Me: can I speak to someone else higher than you please. Her: Yes hold on....... Mam he is not in can he call you back maybe?....Me: will it be today still? .... Her : Yes he will ... gave my number and almost 24hrs later I got a call back. Hi mam how can I help you. same questions were asked . but this time it got real interesting.. ME Q: When was the public notified of the changes? A: the public was not notified , but the shop owners were. We do not have to notify the public. Q ; WHY DO YOU THINK YOU DO NOT HAVE TO NOTIFY ''US '' THE PUBLIC. A: It is not important. Q: so you are saying that me as an end user / general public / consumer your customer is not important ? A : Yes Q: Ok so you are saying that US the public that pays your salary is not important? A; No I don't believe you pay my salary , I believe this is not true. Q : How can you say I don't pay your salary? If the whole country stops buying your product, do you think you will still have a job ? will still get a salary? A : Yes, I do. Q : How can you say that , every coke I buy keeps your company in bossiness if I don't buy you do not have a job , can you not see that? A: No Mam , the shops buy from us. Q: Ok tell me something , If you are allergic to something ? and someone does not inform you that something you are used to use every day now has the product in that you are allergic to and you use it and get sick, would you be happy? A: No mam . Q: Ok but you expect me to be happy about it, cause that is what you did to me with your artificial sugars. He then proceeded to tell me that the labeling says Less Sugar and has a different label. Although I told him that this is not different label he insists that they are not wrong and this is a global decision. They notified the shop and they do not need to do more. I brought up the price '' Mam your concerns are well noted'' this was his final answer. Now I ask you .. do you think its fare that we have to pay sugar tax on less sugar products , the retail price for a 2lt Original was average R24.99 , the price now for 2lt Original -Less Sugaris still R24.99, and we don't even have a choice in the matter, the only packaging the Original Taste comes in now is 1lt @ R16.99 and 440ml @ R11.99 ... so 2lts of Coke now costs R32 ,,, this is not fair. And Coke has made it clear us as the Consumer that pays their salaries ARE NOT IMPORTANT!!
