Complaint Regarding Flat Coca-Cola – Lack of Gas and Bubbles

I hope this message finds you well. I would like to bring to your attention an issue I recently experienced with one of your Coca-Cola products.

I purchased a bottle of Coca-Cola and was disappointed to find that, upon opening it, the drink was completely flat and lacked the usual carbonation and bubbles. It seemed to have no gas at all, which made it taste stale and not as refreshing as expected.

I have always enjoyed Coca-Cola for its quality and signature fizz, so this was quite disappointing. Could you please look into this issue? I would appreciate it if you could advise whether this might be a batch issue and if there is a way to have it replaced or refunded.
