complaint against ABI driver and condition of vehicles

Below id the email sent to ********** the email was delivered and then deleted before reading. I have pictures of the driver and the delivery truck. I was shocked and the condition of the tyres.

Hi

The ABI horse and trailer was obstructing vehicles. Public cars including mine was parked outside a shopping centre in parking bays. For more than 30 minutes your driver refused to move the truck stating he is moving pallets of cold drinks from rear of truck to the front. Your rude and arrogant driver said we just have to wait until he finishes his work.

PLEASE NOTE CONDITION OF THE TYRES ON YOUR VEHICLE.. SEE PICTURES ATTACHED
