Complaint againgst Coca Cola South Africa

I just received a call from Coca Cola regarding my frustrations. The response I git is that unfortunately they cannot help me with ny request because of certain requirements. I was advised to go through a third partybwho will be held accountable and I will only get a commission. I was not expecting this from them however the matter is now closed.
