Complain

I bought coke1.25 found Something inside .I called consumer rights they said they have to collect the bottle took it to the laboratory to find what is inside and to my surprise coke does not have any compatative and i quiet to drink my favorite drink next thing i bought other flavour which was Stone 1.25, to my surprise i found another similar thing inside the stone .i called them again they they told me that they are going to send their sales rep to come and collect both botles to be tested to their laboratory, now i started to doubt coke Cola Compony i refused to give them the two bottles to be tested at their laboratory due to once both bottles are open the will be no evidence. Sometime this January 2021 i bought a Coke since is my favourite soft drink this is what happened things moved from better to worse now i found some particles inside the coke cola bottle sad part of the story is i drank a glass of coke from the same bottle that has particles inside. When i was about to put the coke cola soft drink in the fridge i realized that there are small particles that are moving inside the bottle. That is when i realize i need to inform our fellow South Africans . I realize that Coke Cola South Africa has a poor customer service, no sence of agency and no Intergrity
