Coke will make us sick with these returnable bottles!!!!!!!

2 weeks back I bought a 2L coke reusable bottle and realised that the bottle was very dirty especially around the lid. The coke also had a bitter taste. I then lodged a complain on the coke website, got a response and I emailed back all details they requested including the photos. It's over 7 days since I sent all details including my address hoping they will collect to test but still waiting. Im really disappointed as no one even contacts me to give me feedback on how far they are with my query. I'm very disappointed as clearly this jeopardizes us as consumers that these bottles are not properly washed and will make us sick!!!!!!! I'm very annoyed right now and have decided to boycott buying coke until they can resolve this 👺
