We opened a pack of 24 Coke Zero 300ml bottles today and we discovered a problem with fitment of the lids. Since the lids are not correctly fitted all the bottles have lost their gas and in my opinion the integrity of the contents is compromised. I contacted the customer service department and received very little assistance. They requested we take the bottles back to the store we purchased them from. These were purchased a few weeks back as we are a business and provide our clients with refreshments, which store is going to entertain our complaint with out a proof of purchase? Who knows what hygiene issue could result had we drunk these with the lids not being incorrectly fitted.
