Coke not interested in doing business

I have started a Deli on a main road almost 3 months ago. I contacted Coca Cola Rustenburg 2 weeks before I opened. The first rep promised some kind of sign or anything just to show I do sell Coke and a Coke fridge. He delivered my first order without signs or any fridge. A month later I was told he was not actually the rep for the area and there is a new rep. I contacted her and she promised everything will be settled two weeks later. Another month passed and when I send her messages she does not even reply. I still have no sign, fridge or beverages. I think this is really very bad.

I am on the R24, Rustenburg Road, towards Magaliesburg, opposite Hunters Rest at the orange farm's farmstall. I have spoken to quite a few people at Rustenburg already and still no joy. I have to buy beverages from the wholesalers because the reps does not get back to me.
