Coke complaints line pointless

dont bother using the complaint line .... so im a huge coke fan, i buy 3 2L bottles a day. Our local spar had a special and i bought 6 bottles. 4 of the 6 tasted EXACTLY like Pepsi. I called the complaints line and they said please keep the bottles they will send someone to come collect them for testing, now 5months later and continues promises from the rep that they will come they are in our area, still no one has shown up. Coke please explain
