Coke 500ml complaint

Absolutely poor service for a company this size its terrible. I had a complaint regarding a 500ml coke purchased sell by date still good logged a complaint and told someone will collect the defective product complaint logged on the 9 of February two people contacted me to say they will be in touch to arrange collection to date still not. What's wrong with this company they have one the biggest distribution networks in the world and cannot collect one product .
