Coke

Terrible service. Bought a product at Makro. Had an awful taste. Complained and was told someone will call to uplift and replace the faulty product. Almost 2 weeks later, rep makes a time but doesn't pitch up. Calls me 2 hrs later to ask if she can come now. When I said I'm unavailable, rep said she cannot tell me when she will come back. They need to get more complaints to make their trip worthwhile!! Very bad service from such a big company like coca cola
