Coca truck hit and run

on the Morning of the 08 March 2017 on the M25 highway towards the south N2 before the Duffs Road off ramp, around 7:30 am. A Coca cola truck trying to cut traffic scratched my right side and broke my mirror and continued to drive off. The truck number plait(head) ND182 - 836 and Trailer ND 643 - 789 . The driver was driving a branded truck which is a bad light for the company. i called in to customer service to report the issue and no one has made any attempts to contact me. i have also opened a case for this issue .

I'm very disappointed to report that 8 months later to this incident nothing has been done about it. Megan Naidoo and Derek Reddy (Distribution Team Leaders) at COCOLA KZN region (Durban) have since been ignoring my emails and calls about the issue. i sent all the required information more than once and call to follow up but they are always "in meetings " and never reply to my mail. Such service at management level, its appalling.
