Coca-Cola - what a nightmare!!

Dealing with Coca-Cola is very painful and filled with great frustration!! I own a busy Coffee Shop in Vrede, Free State. When I app**** for an account, it took 6 months before my account was registered. I had to buy on another business account in town, in the meantime, which meant that I could not claim any of those expenses.. My application form that was handed to my representative was also lost and I had to do it all over again.

Whenever I place an order I can be sure to receive only half my order. The delivery guys just shrug their shoulders and refer me to my representative. My representative, Kopano Pialane, also asked me for money a couple of times, apparently for fuel.

I have now been dealing with Coca-Cola for a year and a half. What a huge frustration it has been. When you contact their Customer care service, you get nowhere. They do not even know who their MD is, and cannot refer you to anyone that can sort out your complaint.

I am seriously considering changing to Kingsley. When I contacted them, they were friendly, helpful and very efficient with my request.
