Coca Cola useless service

I opened a new business on the 19th of September, and contacted coca cola to get a rep that can come see us so we can order stock from them. After many calls i eventually got a rep to come and see us, i filled in a c.o.d application form and until today im still waiting to order from them. Every time i phone the rep he says he is busy with it.
