Coca-cola South-Africa competitions

Hello my name is Shereen Klaaste. I have a problem with coca-cola promotion. Laste year 2023 i bought a Coca-Cola drink at one of our Pharmacy (Six Apteek) in Upington. They give me a card to scratch to enter the competition. Which I did, and I followed the steps on whatsApp. Cause thats what the ticket says, I then received a Sms around August 2023. That says my number won. I just have to sent an email. To confirm, I did just that and they send me a form to fill in. With my Id and the code on the ticket i scratch. After thet they never emailed me again. In February 2024 i went to the nearest coca-cola offices in Upington. They did confess about the tickets they gave out too the stores. And said they'll try to contact their head offices to.make sure if i won the money. I showed them every email they send me even the form i filled in and send back. They ask me to forward them the emails ( conversations) between me and them. After a week one of the guys who work in Upington Coca-Cola office emailed me back. And said it is a **** . Theres no such competitions but my question is why did they hand out the tickets and make us entry the competitions and even on the ticket there was a whatsAap number where we must follow. The steps and later claim that it is a ****. Why did they send me an sms ( which i lost due to phone lost). Please look into it cause i really don't know why this is a ****. And i have proof between me and them. I just lost the ticket cause i never thought i would win. But the emails i do.have
