Coca Cola South Africa

It is almost five six week I think since I complained about Coca Cola South Africa. The last response was that my comolaint was escalated to the management but up until now no one from Coca Cola South Africa calles me. This confirm what I think about Coca Cola South Africa and its management. They don't care about customer service, they are sitting comfirtable in their airconditioned offices. Again I think because I dont have inside contact , that is why thwy dont even bother to ask what the problem is. That is because theu are the problem. I am wondering how can a huge company such as Coca Cola South Africa is still in operational. South Africa will never xompete with the world as long as we have people such as Coca Cola South Africa.
