COCA COLA PRODUCED FAULTY TONIC WATER
3 weeks ago I opened a bottle of tonic water and it was undrinkable. It stank. I reported the matter the next morning to Coca Cola helpline. Giving the batch detail and place of purchase. I kept the bottle. It was eventually collected days later with too many excuses each day why they couldn't collect it. It was replaced with another bottle of tonic water 750ml and a 2 litre coke, which I don't drink. <br> 2 weeks later I return to the same store to buy a tonic water and on opening it could see:<br> 1) Colour was yellow not clear<br> 2) It was fizzing as in fermented<br> 3) The bottle top raised<br> 4) It smelt terrible as with the first bottle<br> <br> I called the call centre last Friday to bring this to their attention. The batch number was the same as first bottle. This meaning they never uplifted the faulty stock. They carried on selling their toxic product even though they were informed there was a problem. It took 5 days to pitch up and take away the second bottle and they never replaced it. No refund or voucher. I then contacted Pick 'n Pay to bring their attention to this. I have now heard the product was uplifted.<br> Coca Cola in my estimation is poor on many levels. They don't take accountability or a
