Coca Cola makes money by taking your money and neither supplying nor refunding

We used buy from Coca Cola and they delivered no problem. They used to insist on cash, ok a bit inconvenient but doable. Then they insisted only EFT was acceptable in advance. We did that and that's when the problem started. As soon as they got our money they refused to deliver. Eventually we cancelled the order and requested a refund. This was in late April 2023.It's now October and despite calling and emailing them constantly we have neither the produce we paid for nor the refund. Absolutely pathetic.
