They need to put their employees first and stop chasing profits and focusing on numbers if they want to succeed all around. Attend to issues timeously. Give your employees who you more often than not relocate the money they deserve for moving for you ffs. Focus on your people. HR is unprofessional and unhelpful, but they have been at just about every corp at which I have worked. Human Resources? That is how that department saw us - expendable resources and renewable energy.
