Coca cola horror

On the 19th of May I posted a review regarding the flimsy bottles we currently get our cooldrink in that is manufactured by coca-cola. No were in a my review did I state that the contents of the product was a problem I very clearly stated they need to relook at there bottles as you cannot hold the bottle and pour out of it as its flimsy and it's difficult to hold the bottle without spilling the liquid. I received an email the next day from coca-cola asking me were I bough my cool drinks and the size of the bottles and how many bottles I bough and what the batch numbers and what my address was were they can collect these samples. I responded to all the questions and I asked why they required all this information as I was very clear that they obviously changed there bottles and that's my gripe the flimsy bottles. And what is the reason for me to submit all this information. And they told me they will come and collect the samples. So I informed my kids to please leave all the cool drink bottles they use in the dinning room as Coca-cola want to collect these bottle samples to do some sort of investigation so don't through any bottles away. So coca-Cola did not advise when they would make arrangement to collect these samples. Today I get a call from a man who says he's from Coca cola and he is outside my gate to collect the samples. There was no prior arrangements made by this individual to collect samples he just rocked up at my home while I am at work. When he advised were he was from I told him to wait at the gate I will inform my helper to bring the samples to the gate. So I informed the man I have a lot of samples if he's taking all the bottles to investigate or how many bottles does he want? So he's response was just send me 2 bottles because I have to replacement bottles for you. Now this was the first time I am hearing about replacement bottles because in my communication with coke they advised they wanted the samples and no specifications that the bottles need to have the cool drink in it because they were to inspect the bottles not the content. So my helper takes 2 of the bottles to this individual and he asked her were the cool drink was. So she informed him to speak to me because she is not aware of this and she was merely asked to give him the bottles. This individual decides he is going to scream and rant and rave at my helper because the bottles are empty and that he brought replacement bottles and he wants he's samples with cool drink to take back and that we are wasting he's time to collect empty bottles. What gives this man the right to come to my property and scream at my helper? He then dials me again to ask me were is the sample cool drink. So asked the man if he is aware of what my actual complaint to Coca-cola is? So I asked him to get his supervisor to call me because clearly is no aware of my complaint and he's response to me is that he is the supervisors. So I informed him there is no cool drink in the bottles because we drank it and the item in question is the flimsy bottle which needs to be inspected not the content. He then began to give me attitude on the phone that he came with 2 bottles of coke to replace for 2 samples. I certainly did not ask Coca-cola for replacement samples and its the first I I am hearing of it. Coca-cola decided to send 2 bottles of cooldrink to replace that's not my problem now you are making it my problem because I was not made aware you want samples that has cooldrink in the bottles. Further to this, this man started to give me he's attitude and wanted to know from me why I had kept so many samples, Coca-cola did not specify how many samples they wanted to collect and yes my kids drink cool drink like its going out of fashion so what business is that of his of how many empty bottles I have lying in my house? Bottom Line I did not ask Coca-cola for there 2 bottles of cool drink and I want coca cola to send an individual at there soonest to collect that 2 bottles from my home as I do not want those samples. And do not ever send that individual to my property again. I have decide to stop purchasing this product.
