Coca-Cola fridge deliver Nightmare

i recently opened a Fast Food Outlet. I phoned Coca cola on ***to get fridges to my shop to distribute cold drinks. i phoned them on the 21 March 2019. I received a Ref no: CRM35701 after logging in as a new customer done by the consultant. No rep has been to my shop since then. I called today 16/04/2019 and the consultant says my order has been logged now the 13/04/2019. i never called Coco cola on the 13/04/2019. This is very unacceptable not even getting a rep call me or visiting my shop. i have no joy in calling every time for the same issue. Its been 4 weeks now and no luck getting assistance . im very upset
