Coca-Cola customer service is useless...!
Coca Cola customer service is useless.. no wonder people are also opting for other Bev companies. I have been calling for months for a rep from my store with no luck.. Finally I called last week and was given a cell phone number to call this lady for help and her numbers have been off since.. again for the 4th time I called and was helped by this *********** guy. Who was so slow my airtime ended before he even took all my particulars. I need a rep to buy from Coke please help...

15 Apr 2024, 21:54Someone called a day after my complaint here on hello Peter.. promised to allocate someone to help me since... I'm soon disappointed in this company.. I own a tuckshop and I have to outsource Coke products from Somali and Pakistani shops and some of their drinks are of very bad quality...I'm selling your products everyday but I can't even access your fridge.. I'm so hurt....
