COCA COLA - BAD SERVICE

I have logged a call in March but have not yet received a response. The only this I have received it was an email saying they have tried to call me back and I was not available. The was no missed call on my cellphone. My query was logged in March case no ********** 6.

Did a follow up and was promised a call back from one of their staff members.
