Coca cola 1.5ltr complaint

In Mid December, I purchase coca cola 1.5ltr in bulk. However, 1 case of coke was defective. I opened 2 bottles from that case and both had practically no gas. Inspection of the rest without opening them showed bottles being soft. I complained to coca cola and they sent me a reference number as well as a questionable. I filled this out and to date, after many reminders and requests for a flow up, I still have no joy
