Chester thinks his untouchable with his bad service and attitude

My hubby was involved in a car accident last year with one of coca-colas trucks. It was a double turning lane, so the truck was on the outer and my hubby was on the inner. As they turned the truck had turned into his lane causing the truck to damage his bakkie on the passengers side real bad. he had 2 passengers with him. One in the front and one at the back of the bakkie. they had exchanged details. The guy that is in charge of the coca-cola trucks is Chester. He works at 50 herman str, route 24 building, meadowdale. He keeps avoiding our calls. he makes apointments and cant stick to them. Ive have told him in a phone call from last here that i was going to take it further. he said that i can do what i want it al com es back to him. I find this disgusting and there has to be another solution to this mans bad attitude and someone else that we can talk to that will get this matter sorted.
