Bought coke that had foreign things in

Good morning. A lady who works for Coca Cola collected a sample of the Coke which I had bought on the 3rd of October. The 1L bottle had foreign things in it(which looked like sputum and pieces of grass) on the 13th of October, on the 28th Oct I asked her about proceeding, she then rep**** on the 30 to say she's going to request that people from Coca Cola call me and inform me about the investigation. But nothing has been reported.

I've sent Coca Cola a number of messages requesting for the lab test results of what what found, till today I haven't gotten a response
