Bonaqua water bottle, large pink capsule found inside!!!

Good day all, inside a 1.5ltr Bonaqua bottle of still water (which I see is bottle under Coca-Cola company) I felt something hit my teeth while drinking. Inside the bottle was a large pink capsule the size of a thumb, I would like to know what the capsule is and the brown substance inside it, Is this a health risk? I am very concerned and would like someone to contact me asap. Reference on bottle BB14FEB208112 / 22 29 42538
