Bad service from Coke peninsula Beverages

I am not sure how Coke employs their Reps but the ones I've had is horrible. I'm based in Stellenbosch and this is the 2nd rep that is so bad. I was meant to get my delivery yesterday as I have concerts from today and I didn't receive my order. Now I've lost out on my sales for my 1st concert this afternoon, my sales for 2 days and also my concert that is starting now. Then I'm going so lose out on my whole weekend trade which is a very busy weekend for my business. This is unacceptable and I wonder who is responsible for my lost. Our rep is Gavin and I've send a message to Trevor who is their manager I think and he also doesn't respond to his messages either.
