Bad Service from Coca Cola company in South Africa

As from the 11th of February 2019 till today the 01 of March 2019 I haven't received my short supp****. I have requested several times but still not delivered. I'm not very happy with the service that I'm getting from this company. My customer no. ********** 5, I have lost big time in this 3 weeks profit. I have a lot of issues and some I wont share it here as I will direct them through a certain channel in order to be resolved.
