Bad Service ever

On the 18th of August 2015 I phoned in to open an account as I want to purchase cash from a depot, the person then told me a rep will phone me and come out to my business. On the 1 September 2015 I phoned again due to no one contacting me, when I request what should be the problem the agent or person in the call centre just reply they are still busy loading the account and takes 14 days.Today 8th of September 2015 I phone the call centre again due to no one contacting me and again the agent is or person is stating my account is still busy loading and it takes 3 weeks. Really this is very poor service. Does this means that coke is so popular that they can treat potential customer's like ... My retrench number is CRM 19175 I need urgent support.
