Bad service
I log a complain in February,an agent came and took the evidence, I just requested the results in writing via the email until today.everytime I receive an SMS that someone will contact me but nothing happens.Please fix this matter its overdue

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
According to our records, the Rep tried to make contact with you on 23 March 2020 at 12:07 but your phone went to voicemail and a message was recorded advising of the attempt to contact you. The Rep then called the landline number you provided at 12:11 and Reception advised that you were unavailable as you were in class.
The matter has again been escalated to our bottling partner and a Rep will contact you to provide feedback accordingly.
