Bad service, Bad rep

Hi, I have a rep named Ettienne who comes into my shop once every few months, telling me I'm always complaining, and making various comments about non sensicle things.<br> <br> I'm quite disgusted that he tells me I am complaining. He also threatened that ABI will repossess my fridge if they see I have a Lipton product inside. Be my guest and come take your fridge. There are 95% ABI products and one Lipton product of which there are 12 cans, and I couldn't care less at this point because the service and attitude is pathetic. <br> <br> He never answers his phone, my delivery is always late or does not show up. The price ABI gives me is more expensive than going to Metro Cash and Carry. And now my delivery date has been changed to Monday meaning I cannot adequately prepare for the weekend.<br> <br> ABI, you keep this rep away from my shop and send someone who is polite and competent. If i have a rep come in here and insult me again I promise you there will be a situation that you are not going to enjoy for the Rep and yourselves.<br> <br> Fix your company, it's badly run. Fix your attitude it's poorly presented.
