Bad Service

So 2weeks ago I purchased 2X 1LT Tonic Water when we get home the color of the beverage is something else we opened one and it was like it had Lemonade inside too sweet and that was very confusing. And then I contacted Coca Cola and they promised to fetch the Beverage and test it still today no one has bothered to do so.. pls help out with Coca Cola
