Bad product

Good day, I have tried to lodge a complain against coca cola. MY aunt had bought a 1.25ltr of coca cola from her local shop. after opening and having a sip her husband noticed that it tasted funny. he went to inspect the rest of the cooldrink, to his surprise, he found a bug inside the bottle. He was very sick after that. he vomited most that day. I have tried to contact coca cola's customer services and had no luck. I am very disappointing in the way it has been handled as i have not yet had feedback from them. i still have the bottle with the content and bug in it. Pls help me resolve this issue.
