Bad Manager

A Coca-Cola branch in Mobeni South of Durban, where a Sales Manager for the area is Siphephelo Zondi. That guy is PURE EVIL, SELFISH, *********ING idiot and I wonder how he was appointed to that position. The guy is not welcomed in many shops around in area, because of the way he carries himself when he visits the shops. He would visits these outlets either drunk or smoking non stop.

And he will brag about his position at Coke and who he is gonna fire next, we all know in the area how many people he has fired and the next that will follow. He also mentions names of these employees he fired and those that will follow ( Trevor Dusuba, Robert, Philani). He brags about his two favorite employees Hlengiwe and Warren, these are his favorite because they are in his corner.

Most people inside and outside the company know how he is protecting Warren Nkosi, we know from him that Warren has some many company phones and has been involved in a number of car accidents while driving the company car under the influence of alcohol. The most recent one is where Warren smashed the company car and had it fixed and repainted by the local panel beaters, and never reported the accident. Warren would buy him a bottle of Whisky just to apologize. The guy is running his own show there and pity the employees are scared of him and can't even challenge him on things because of his *********ing tactics

He goes to work drunk sometimes and even swears on his employees that work on Saturdays and call them names. He degrades his employees in front of us as customers and that is not acceptable. Can the management please intervene in this matter, we can not be working with this kind of a person. He has no respect for any one.
