Bad customer service Coke

I bought 2 500ml coke from the shop both were flat (no gas). I phone to complain on the customer care line on the 22 September and logged a complaint. They said someone would phone me but noone has to date. I phoned again to the customer care line and the lady said she would follow up. We'll guess what I'm still waiting.
